1 & 1/4 cup almond meal
1/2 cup tapioca flour
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 tablespoon full fat coconut cream
1 & 1/2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
About 1/2 cup, or desired amount, dairy-free chocolate chips
1. Combine all the ingredients to form a nice dough.
2. Roll the dough into desired-sized balls.
3. Refrigerate the balls to harden them up.
4. Serve and enjoy!
1. You can dip the cookie dough balls in melted chocolate.
2. Or, you can pour melted chocolate in silicone cupcake liners, flatten out the cookie dough, put the cookie dough on top of the chocolate, and then add another layer of chocolate to make cookie dough “Reese’s” cups.
