3-4 salmon fillets
The juice of 1 lemon
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
6-8 garlic cloves, minced
4-6 tablespoons dried dill weed
Sea salt, to taste
1. Combine the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dill, and salt in small mixing bowl and whisk together.
2 .Put foil on a baking tray. Then, lay the salmon fillets on the tray.
3. Pour the dill mixture over the salmon, coating each fillet evenly.
4. Cover and refrigerate the salmon for at least 4 hours.
5. Once salmon is marinated, set the oven to low broil.
6. Broil the salmon for about 15-17 minutes, depending on the size of the salmon (the time always varies, so be sure to check on it frequently so that it doesn’t overcook).
7. Serve.
