Honey Garlic Salmon


Ingredients

For the Salmon:

2-4 salmon fillets

Salt, to taste


For the Sauce:

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

4 tablespoons raw honey

2 tablespoons coconut aminos

Directions

1. Place the salmon fillets in a freezer bag or bowl.

2. Combine the ingredients for the sauce.

3. Pour the sauce over the salmon fillets and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.

4. Turn the oven on to low broil.

5. Spray a broiler pan with avocado oil spray.

6. Place the marinated salmon on the broiler pan, sprinkle with salt, and place in the oven.

7. Cook the salmon until it is flakey and there is a nice crispy glaze on the outside (about 15 minutes, but the time always varies depending on the size of the salmon).

8. Serve.
