Hi!

I’m Kaylee, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who is extremely passionate 

about all things health and wellness. My passion stemmed from my own 15 year+ long health journey where I discovered some of the downfalls of the conventional medical system and saw an opportunity to take a different approach to preventing disease and optimizing health. My hobbies include cooking, practicing yoga, learning about and using essential oils, skiing out West, spending  time in nature, creating a healthy lifestyle, laughing and dancing with friends and family, and helping others. 

 

I want to help YOU live your best life by guiding you through the tools I learned

along my health journey and education. I specialize in digestive health and detoxification because I am a firm believer that most disease and illness starts in the gut. I am extremely passionate about educating my clients on how to improve their digestion and detoxification systems. 

 

I work one-on-one with my clients on how to navigate the health and nutrition world, nourish the root cause of their symptoms, and teach them how to become experts on themselves so that they can make healthy, sustainable lifestyle changes and be prepared for whatever the future throws their way. My clients learn how to tune into their bodies, nail down their nutrition, incorporate healthy lifestyle habits, and reframe their mindset so that they can live their happiest, healthiest lives.

Throughout my education and my own health journey, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and have studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right diet and lifestyle that works best for you. Instead of enforcing one specific diet or way of living, I work one-on-one with my clients to explore their bio-individual needs and how to implement gradual changes during our work together. 

 

This bio-individual approach allows us to nourish the root cause of your symptoms.

 

Instead of temporary fixes, I empower you to dig deep into what's really going on in your body. As an Integrative Nutrition* Health Coach, I create a safe and supportive environment that empowers you to understand your body and achieve your goals. Getting healthy should be easy and accessible to everyone and I want to help as many people as possible, therefore, I offer both in-person and online coaching sessions to my clients.
